My entry for the "Cute Monsters" t-shirt contest.
The idea came from a chat I had with the girlfriend of a buddy of mine. We were talking about kelpies, various stories involving them and other ideas.
So I decided to try my hand on a different spin on everyone's favorite people-drowing water horse. With added cuteness.
